Step 3: Collaborative Drafting

I create your resume, LinkedIn, and/or interview plan from scratch — not with a template, but with targeted recruiter logic. You get the first draft, then we review it together on a feedback call or by email.

Step 2: In-Depth Intake & Career Story Mapping

Once you sign up, we’ll do a deep-dive:

  • Your career highlights and “wins”

  • Your job targets and aspirations

  • The “hidden” skills and strengths you don’t even realize you have

  • The barriers you’ve faced (ATS, lack of replies, networking, etc.)

Step 4: Delivery & Training
